Eat your succulent veggies

I am going to rename all of my vegetables, pronto!

It's an interesting idea, and probably correct. However, for some unknown reason, the word "veggie" really bothers me - I like the word "vegetable." So I would find "succulent vegetables" far more appealing than "succulent veggies."
