Miscellany and links to New York Times articles

This website with resources for Israelis in the US was the "sponsored link" on an e-mail I got. I often get interesting ads when e-mails arrive that contain Hebrew. I didn't look at the website extensively, but I did learn that the way to say "FAQ" in Hebrew is "שאלות נפוצות." The website reminds me of all of the resources for Americans in Israel.

Recent articles of interest from the New York Times--I originally wanted to write a whole post about each of these, but quickly realized that I won't have time to do so in the near future.
And, finally, this article makes me feel like an old geezer. When I was a kid, we used to sit in the hot sun selling lemonade. (Actually, I think my brother sold lemonade and I sold hand-painted cards and hand-crafted jewelry.) Really, I've had regular access to a computer since I was six, but I still feel like a different generation than these kids. Am I? I mean, most of them are only 10-15 years younger than I am. But, geez, they sure do think differently than I did!
